Refund Policy
If authors wish to cancel their participation, post registration and payment, registration fees will be refunded subject to the deduction of a $100 administration fee, if the cancellation takes place before 30th June 2023.

Registration Fees
For registration fees, make sure to state the dollar price, excluding any bank charges. Delegates will be required to pay the shortfall before the conference if the full amount (of the registration fees) is not received.

Participants are advised to visit our website www.icabcd.org/2023 regularly for updates.
All paper presenters and conference attendees require registration.
Only registered participants are allowed to attend the conference. If a paper has multiple authors, each author must pay a full registration to attend the e-conference.
You must submit a separate registration form for each paper.  Click here to access the registration form.
Students must include a letter from the HOD/Dean/Supervisor to ascertain their full-time student status.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register by 30th June 2023 and present the paper at the conference in order to include the paper in the icABCD Conference Proceedings.
Scanned copy of payment or Bank transaction receipt must be sent to the organising team by email to icabcd.org@gmail.com.
If your paper exceeds 6 pages, make sure you pay for the extra charges for each additional page.
Papers which are more than 10 pages will normally not be accepted. Papers must be formatted strictly according to the template provided.
Submit your final paper in both word and pdf formats to icabcd.org@gmail.com. Please mention your paper number and title when submitting the final paper by email.
