Authors MUST anonymise (remove all contact details from) their papers before submission.

The paper must be formatted strictly according to the template and the guidelines provided. The responsibility to format the paper lie solely with the authors.

The paper must have a minimum of 3500 words and at least 5 pages (including references). Papers having more than 8 pages (including references) will carry extra page charges. The maximum number of pages must not exceed 12.

Accepted and registered papers from the conference will be published in a conference proceedings with an ISBN number. We will endeavour to have the proceedings ready before the start of the conference.

The papers will also be submitted for potential publication in IEEE Xplore (Approval under process).
