The registration fees covers the participation fees, conference accessories, tea breaks, two lunch, and other administrative costs.\u00a0It does\u00a0NOT<\/strong>\u00a0cover accommodation or transportation.<\/div>\n

\n*Cost for each additional page (above 8 pages): $50 USD

Refund Policy<\/strong>
\nIf authors wish to cancel their participation, post registration and payment, registration fees will be refunded subject to the deduction of a $100 USD administration fee, if the cancellation takes place before 31st May 2027.<\/p>\n

Registration Fees<\/strong>
\nFor registration fees, make sure to state the dollar price, excluding any bank charges. Delegates will be required to pay the shortfall before the conference if the full amount (of the registration fees) is not received.<\/p>\n

\nParticipants are advised to visit our website

\nAll paper presenters and conference attendees require registration.
\nOnly registered participants are allowed to attend the conference.
\nIf a paper has multiple authors, each author must pay a full registration to attend the conference in-person.
\nYou must submit\u00a0a separate registration form for each paper.

\nStudents must include a letter from the HOD\/Dean\/Supervisor to ascertain their full-time student status.
\nAt least one author of each accepted paper must register by 30th June 2027 and present the paper at the conference in order to include the paper in the icABCD Conference Proceedings.
\nScanned copy of payment or Bank transaction receipt must be sent to the organising team by email to\u00a0icabcd.org@gmail.com<\/a>.
\nIf your paper exceeds 12 pages, make sure you pay for the extra charges for each additional page.
\nPapers must be formatted strictly according to the template provided.
