After submission, your paper enters the review process. A committee of reviewers selected by the chair and\/or co-chair of the TPC will review the documents. A double-blind review process will be followed. Reviewer guidelines are provided below.<\/p>\n
Authors are required to anonymise (remove all contact details) their papers before submission. The Technical Committee will use these reviews to determine which papers will be accepted for presentation in the conference. The decision will be communicated to the authors by email, along with the reviewer comments.<\/p>\n
Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarised material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). All papers will be submitted to a plagiarism service in order to check the originality of its contents. Papers having AI-generated texts will be rejected outright. Any use of AI tools must be acknowledge.<\/p>\n
Reviewers should consider the following as they prepare their reviews:<\/p>\n
What are the major contributions of the paper?
\nHow relevant is the submission to the topics covered by the journal?
\nHow innovative is the research being presented?
\nIs the submission significantly different or better than previously published material?
\nWhat are its strengths and weaknesses?
\nIs the work technically sound?
\nIs the analysis adequate?
\nIs the treatment of the subject complete?
\nDoes the paper cite and use appropriate references? (There should not be a high number of self-references.)
\nIs the length appropriate to the contribution?
\nIs the quality of the presentation adequate?
