The responsibility to format the paper lie solely with the authors.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The paper must have a minimum of 3500 words and at least 5 pages (including references). Papers having\u00a0more than 8 pages (including references) will carry extra page charges.
