WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEES?
- Conference Proceeding and Accessories for registered participants only.
- Lunch for 2 days for registered participants only.
- Coffee breaks for registered participants only.
A paid transport service for registered participants from King Shaka International airport to the conference venue and return, in a group shuttle. The fees for one-way transfer is R500 per person (not included in the registration fees). Shuttle timings will be made available when registration opens. Delegates wishing to travel outside of the shuttle times will have to make their own transport arrangements.
Family members or friends accompanying registered participants need to register themselves as listeners and pay the corresponding fees in order to get access to the conference.

Registration details of ICABCD 2019
- Participants are advised to visit our website www.icabcd.org/2019 regularly for updates.
- All paper presenters and conference attendees require pre-registration.
- Only registered participants are allowed to attend the conference. If a paper has multiple authors, each author must pay a full registration to attend the conference.
- After making the payment, fill up a separate registration form for each paper. You may upload the same proof of payment for your different papers. Click here to access the registration form.
- Students must include a letter from the HOD/Dean/Supervisor to ascertain their full-time student status.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register by March 31st (early bird), 2019 and present the paper at the conference in order to include the paper in the ICABCD 2019 Conference Proceedings.
- Scanned copy of payment or Bank transaction receipt along with signed copyright form must be sent to the organising team by email to icabcd.org@gmail.com.
- If your paper exceeds 6 pages, make sure you pay for the extra charges which is $35 for each additional page.
- Papers which are more than 10 pages will not be accepted. Papers must be formatted strictly according to the IEEE template which is found on the icabcd.org/2019 website.
- References must be strictly in IEEE style.
- Submit your final paper in both word and pdf formats. Please mention your paper number and title when submitting the final paper by email.
IEEE reserves the right to refuse papers that do not meet their quality standards.
Refund Policy
If authors wish to cancel their participation, post registration and payment, registration fees will be refunded subject to the deduction of a $100 administration fee, if the cancellation takes place before 30th June 2019.
Registration Fees
For registration fees, make sure to state the dollar price, excluding any bank charges. Delegates will be required to pay the shortfall before the conference if the full amount (of the registration fees) is not received.
